Jayne Giles Hypnotherapy

Jayne Giles Hypnotherapy Calm minds with Jayne Giles Hypnotherapy & IEMT Practitioner “If stress, anxiety, and sleepless nights are holding you back, you’re not alone.

Many professionals I work with have already tried self-help but just can’t switch off. Hypnosis works differently. By guiding your mind into a deeply relaxed state, I help you break free from the cycle of overthinking and overwhelm—so you can finally feel calm, confident, and back in control of your life.”

Specialism in Anxiety

I specialise in anxiety management, inspired by my own past experience of living with anxiety. The insights I have gained since then would have been invaluable to me at the time—and they now fuel my passion for supporting others who may feel overwhelmed by anxiety. Anxiety can affect us physically, mentally, and emotionally, and it often stems from a wide range of life situations or experiences. For some, it may present as constant worry, avoidance, or difficulty coping in social situations. For others, anxiety may seem to appear without any clear trigger, leading to panic attacks or a fear of anxiety itself. My Approach

Using a personalised, compassionate approach, I combine Hypnotherapy, Counselling, and Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) to help you:

> Identify and work through the root causes of your anxiety

>Develop tools and techniques to relieve symptoms in the moment

>Challenge unhelpful thought patterns

>Rebuild calm, confidence, and resilience

My goal is to help you regain control, release limiting patterns, and create lasting positive change—so you can move forward and live your best life. Whatever your challenge—whether it’s fears, phobias, weight management, or something else—I can help you make the positive changes you need to move forward.”

My clinic is based within my home, away from the busy practice I once shared. I’ve created a calm, warm, and welcoming environment where you can feel instantly at ease—a safe space that allows you to open up and be your true, authentic self, free from judgment. By visiting this page, you’ve already taken the first step toward living your best life. Why not get in touch to book a consultation? The first 15 minutes are completely free, giving us the chance to talk through your needs and for me to explain how I can help you.”

🎄 Feeling Overwhelmed Before Christmas? You’re Not Alone 🎄

This time of year can be magical…
but it can also feel heavy, busy, and emotionally overwhelming.
The pressure to “get everything right” — the shopping, the planning, the socialising — can leave your mind racing and your body exhausted.

If you’re feeling anxious as Christmas approaches,
take a breath.
You’re doing your best, and that’s enough. 💛

Here are a few gentle ways to support yourself if things feel too much:

✨ 1. Slow down your breath
A longer exhale signals safety to your nervous system.
Try: Inhale for 4… exhale for 6.
Do this for a minute and feel your body soften.

✨ 2. Create a “calm moment” each day
Just 5 minutes — sit quietly, listen to calming music, step outside, or sip a warm drink mindfully.
Small pauses make big differences.

✨ 3. Let go of perfection
Christmas doesn’t need to be flawless.
It needs to be human, warm, and real.
Give yourself permission to do things more simply this year.

✨ 4. Say “no” when you need to
Protecting your energy is not selfish.
It’s healthy.
Your wellbeing matters just as much as everyone else’s.

✨ 5. Ground yourself in the present
When your mind jumps ahead, come back to now.
Notice your feet on the floor… the sounds around you… your breath.
Anxiety eases when we return to this moment.

You deserve to feel calm, steady, and supported —
not overwhelmed or burnt out.
Be gentle with yourself this season.
You’re more important than any to-do list. 🤍

🌿 How Hypnosis Can Help with Anxiety 🌿

Anxiety can feel like a constant background noise…
a tightness in the chest, a busy mind, or that “on-edge” feeling that doesn’t quite settle.

If you live with anxiety, you’re not weak — you’re human.
And your mind has simply learned to stay alert for longer than it needs to.

Hypnosis can help soften that pattern.
Not by forcing anything…
but by guiding your mind into a calmer, safer space
where it becomes easier to release tension
and let go of the thoughts that spiral.

Through gentle relaxation, hypnosis helps you:
✨ slow down anxious thinking
✨ calm your nervous system
✨ feel more grounded and in control
✨ create new, healthier responses to stress
✨ reconnect with the steadier version of you

Many people describe it as finally being able to exhale —
to feel peace in their body again.

If anxiety has been taking up too much space in your days,
know this:
You’re not alone, and support is available.
You deserve to feel calm, steady, and safe in your own mind. 💚

🖤 November is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month 🖤

So many men carry silent weight — the stress, pressure, and expectation to always “hold it together.”
But strength isn’t about never struggling.
It’s about knowing when to take a breath, to pause, and to reach inward for calm.

Hypnotherapy offers a quiet space to do exactly that — to let the noise fade, ease anxious thoughts, and reconnect with balance from within.

It’s not about losing control — it’s about regaining it in a gentler, more grounded way.

This month, let’s start normalising the conversation around men’s mental health.
Because calm, clarity, and confidence are not luxuries — they’re essential. 💭

🌺 Armistice Day – A Moment to Remember and Reflect 🌺

On this day, we pause to honour those who served — and those who still carry invisible wounds within.

For many, remembrance brings gratitude… but also echoes of pain, grief, or memories that still feel close to the surface.
It’s a reminder that healing the mind is as important as caring for the body.

IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy) offers a gentle way to help the brain reprocess difficult emotions and memories — allowing the intensity of old experiences to soften, while the person remains calm and grounded in the present.

Today, as we remember, let’s also hold space for healing — for those who served, for those who lost, and for anyone still finding peace within.

🕊 “At the going down of the sun and in the morning, we will remember them.”

💚 Stress Awareness Day – 5th November 💚

Today is a reminder that stress is not a sign of failure — it’s a sign that your mind and body have been working hard to keep you safe.

For many people, stress shows up as racing thoughts, tension in the body, and that feeling of never quite being able to “switch off.”

But beneath those reactions is a subconscious system that’s simply trying to protect you.
Hypnosis offers a way to work with that part of the mind — gently teaching it that it’s safe to slow down, breathe, and let go. It’s not about being “put under,” but about waking up to calm, clarity, and inner balance.
So, on this Stress Awareness Day, take a quiet moment just for you:

🌿 Close your eyes
🌿 Inhale slowly through your nose
🌿 Exhale through your mouth
🌿 Remind yourself — “I am safe. I am enough. I can rest.”

Because awareness is the first step toward change — and peace begins within. 💫

🌿 Let’s Talk About Anxiety and the Mind 🌿

Have you ever noticed how your mind can sometimes feel like it’s running its own show — looping thoughts, racing “what ifs,” or that uneasy tension that just won’t switch off?

Anxiety isn’t about weakness or lack of willpower — it’s your mind doing its best to protect you, even when it overreacts. 💭

Through hypnosis, people can learn to gently quiet that inner noise. It’s not about being “put under” or losing control — it’s actually about gaining more control over how your mind and body respond. With deep relaxation and focused awareness, hypnosis helps you reconnect with calm, confidence, and balance from the inside out.

Remember: the calmer your inner world becomes, the clearer everything outside starts to feel. 💫

Take a deep breath right now… let your shoulders drop…unclench your jaw..... and remind yourself that you are safe, capable, and already on your way toward peace.
