Dorset now has Access Wellbeing Hubs hubs in Poole and Boscombe that you can drop where it is a safe space to meet with a Wellbeing Coordinator supporting you towards a more balanced life. The hub in Weymouth & Portland can be accessed by referral from your GP. As well as the main hubs, Community drop-ins are popping up all over Dorset to make it easier for you to access. What a lovely colourful box of fresh food, harvested from the community growing space at Pelhams Park last week 🍅🫑🧅🧄

This box included tomatoes, peppers, radishes, garlic and more - after this photo was taken, the food was delivered to a local food bank.

Our wonderful GreenFingers volunteers meet together at our regular sessions in parks across Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole to learn new skills, spend time outdoors, and look after the fruit and veg which is shared with our local community.

💜 Bereavement Café – Colin’s Nest Coffee Shop 💜

Eagles Mount Care Home (25 Birds Hill Rd, Poole) between 2–3.30pm for the next Bereavement Café.

Open to anyone coping with the loss of a loved one — no connection to Forest Holme needed.

Go along for a free coffee & cake, a warm atmosphere, and the chance to reflect or chat with others who understand. ☕🍰
