Throwback to this time last week when I had the absolute pleasure of offering Brazilian lymphatic drainage, wood therapy, dry cupping & sports massage at the stunning Avington Estate as part of the incredible HIFE Retreats x South Coast Concierge retreat.

A huge thank you to & for inviting me to be part of such a special experience. The setting was beyond beautiful, there was so much on offer to experience and the vibe all weekend was something else! ✨

I wish I’d been on the retreat myself it was such a dreamy way to reset and recharge! Watch out for the next one! 👀✨
