Client today, booked in for c-section Scarwork, followed by womb clearing and blessing, the rite of the womb.
I am humbled and blessed to hold the sacred space for healing for this beautiful soul. She’s had other healing modalities, but this one felt powerful and she could feel her body let go of the trauma and welcomed in the presence of the divine feminine within. A peacefulness landed which she has never felt at such depths before.
Second session booked in a few weeks time.

Morning Sally - thank you for the excellent treatment on Thursday👏 I feel so much lighter and somehow more ‘solid’ in myself. Certainly slept so well that night and interestingly am more aware of my night time travels. Thank you very much Sally and will be back in a few months for another session. How to look after your scar between your sessions with me or any qualified ScarWorker.

When I'm in clinic, so many clients say they weren't given enough information about how to care for their scar. Today I created this infographic to help promote self-care for scars and highlight important considerations during healing. If this helps just one person, I will be delighted to have spent time creating it.

I hope that in 2023 even more people will benefit from the RESTORE pledge to provide access to free scar therapy treatments with our supervised students (we are almost at 2,000 free treatments given) and also access to the self-care information I will be continuing to produce.
