Hello everyone! 😊 I’m super excited to announce that I have added additional yoga classes on Fridays starting this week, May 30th. The classes are held Fridays from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Kaiako Studio, located at 78A Ashley Rd, Poole.

One hour of a traditional Hatha Yoga class includes gentle joint warm-up, asanas for flexibility, strength and balance, breathing practices and deep relaxation to the sound of Tibetan bowls.

The classes are suitable for all levels. Each session is held in a cozy group of up to 6 people to ensure a personalised approach and everyone’s comfort.

Price: £10 per class or 4 classes for £35.
