Hello everyone.

Well the last two years have been a bit rubbish and I know alot of you have felt the same.

I've made a decision to make sure that this year is better.

This is were I am going to be a bit selfish and start with looking after myself first. For the last two year I have suffered with perimenopause and all its amazing side effects from hot flushes, restless sleep, feeling tired all the time, oh and my favourite the 2 stone I have put on due to the messed up hormones in my body.

Well I have set myself a target that by the end of the year I will loss the 2 stone which I hope will help me with some of the other side effects I must endure.

First thing I am going to do is start taking Aloe Vera Drinking Gel again daily.
