IT SYSTEM UPGRADE

Advance Notice of Disruption to Services – Weds 26th November

A significant clinical system software upgrade will be taking place on Wednesday 26th November 2025.

During the morning we’ll have limited phone and system access, so will be prioritising calls regarding urgently needed medical assistance or non-life-threatening emergencies only; in case of life-threatening emergency, please dial 999.

There will also be limited pre-bookable appointments on this day.

Depending on how smoothly the upgrade progresses, we hope to be taking routine calls again by late morning/early afternoon but if your enquiry can wait, we would kindly ask that you contact us on Thursday 27th November.

We're grateful for your patience and understanding, both on the upgrade day and as the new system is embedded in the weeks following these important improvements.

Please do share this information with friends, family and colleagues who may be registered here at the practice.

Many thanks
