As you know very few PA's have DisABILITIES making Sophia so inspirational with her HUGE passion and drive to make a difference to young DisABLED people who have never been given a chance to work.

Sophia is a Partner in Ethical Recruitment, she has been a professional PA since January 2019 helping young people to build confidence and commercial skills to gain employment.

Sophia is Blind Deaf, has epilepsy and a stammer but that was never going to get in her way.

She has worked hard to overcome her challenges and has achieved a Degree, a Masters's Degree is a touch typist, and is a grade 6 pianist. She is also a powerful singer, a fiction writer, and the very proud mum of her beautiful 6-year-old daughter Margot.
