As I said yesterday. Not knocking protein shakes but what if I can get nutrition, and feel full without a sugary expensive shake? Here goes and bloody yum! Handful of spinach, (vit a, c,k and folic) lTablespoon peanut butter, (protein healthy fat, fibre ) banana, (potassium, fibre vit b and c) teaspoon of honey, (gut health, immune) 2 tablespoons of Greek yoghurt (protein and probiotic) splash of coconut water or almond milk your choice
