Reiki therapist and qualified to teach meditation and give professional relaxation and nutritional advice. Very experienced and highly qualified yoga teacher. I teach all levels and abilities, including pregnancy and mum and baby yoga.

Meet Our Space Holders //
Lou of has been teaching yoga for nearly 20 years and has worked with many different people and organisations. She believes yoga is for every body and every ability and adapts her teaching according to each students’ needs.

She is particularly passionate about using yoga to support, nuture and empower women and girls of all ages. From the start of menstruation to menopause and beyond, the application of yoga tools and techniques can support every aspect of a woman’s journey through life. Whether they have a womb or not. And whether they are mothers, maidens, enchantresses or crones!

Influenced by many yoga styles and traditions she’s often at yoga training days and conferences which keeps her practice fresh by sharing ideas with fellow teachers and students. She is a registered face yoga teacher and Reiki therapist.

She regularly receives healing, attends sound baths, group meditations and yoga nidra sessions and anything that allows her to take time out just to be.

When not practicing yoga you can find her out walking her dog, gardening, watching live music or out for a hike or a run – whatever the weather!
