Hatha yoga, yoga for sport, pregnancy and post natal yoga, children's yoga and face yoga. Very experienced and qualified teacher. Registered Reiki therapist.

Reiki therapist and qualified to teach meditation and give professional relaxation and nutritional advice. Very experienced and highly qualified yoga teacher. I teach all levels and abilities, including pregnancy and mum and baby yoga.
