Sometimes mental health just wins and you need to take a step back from it all and just be with it, an doing so can make you feel like your failing! But stepping back and taking time to get yourself feeling better, checking in with how you feel is just as important as all the things you probably want to be doing instead!

I get this more then I can say, my life has been full of struggles with my mental health and I’m not ashamed of any of it, and neither should anyone else too!

Life can be hard at the best of times for us all, and taking time for self care IS a necessity (especially in todays world!)

So what I’m trying to say is it’s ok not to be ok!

Take all the time you need and DONT you dare feel bad coz if it’s important to you it’s important end of!!
