The biggest thing ive been seeing in women lately is how much they are holding. 👇

We as women are holding it together for everyone else, carrying the very real emotional weight that feels impossible to put down.
Smiling on the outside but overwhelm is just under the surface.

Then it starts showing up as the exhaustion even when your rested, the anxiety that won't fully go away, the constant feeling of just being "off" and not really feeling yourself

So many women think they just need to keep going, but your body and energy are asking for something softer then that.

Its asking for a space where you dont have to hold it all, its asking you to calm your nervous system so your body can finally relax,soften and a space where your energy can be shifted and leave you feeling rebalanced

We as women aren't supposed to carry it on our own. 🤍

You dont have to be spiritual to receive reiki.

majority of my clients are Nhs workers,shop workers,busy mums who come in tired,stressed,overwhelmed and running on empty and leave feeling lighter,calmer and able to breathe again.

Reiki isnt about being spiritual it is about giving your nervous system a rest💫
