You’re stuck because you keep avoiding doing it properly.

Showing up isn’t effort, it’s attendance.
Change requires intent. Intent requires effort.
Under fuelling, inconsistent weeks, chasing more instead of better, avoiding the basics, ignoring recovery…
These aren’t mistakes, they’re your choices and they’re costing you progress.

The truth is simple (not easy):
✔ Train with intent
✔ Fuel your work
✔ Recover like it matters
✔ Master the basics
✔ Repeat long enough to adapt

GOING LIGHT ISN’T BETTER 🤯

Going too light isn’t “technique work”… it’s just moving an empty bar. 🏋️‍♂️

Real technique is built under a moderate load, where the bar has enough weight to expose:
✅ poor positions
✅ slow turnover
✅ soft catches
✅ weak leg drive
✅ bad timing

Because if it only looks good with a light bar… it won’t show up when it matters.

Moderate weight 70 forces you to lift how you need to lift, not how you can lift when nothing is challenging you.

Technique that transfers = technique under load. 🔥

Before the comments blow up, yes, for beginners a PVC Pipe or Training Bar might be good to start, but quickly transfer it to relatable loads!
