I only have a few slots left but remember I do menopause massage, relaxing and Indian head massage too! So possibly this time of year it is more about the unwind than an elbow in your 🍑

As many of you know, the past five weeks have been incredibly tough 💔, and with that in mind, I’ll be taking a much-needed break soon.
🗓️ My last available slot before I take time off is on Friday 22nd August – and there's only one left!

I’ll be back and taking appointments again from Wednesday, 4th September.

There’s still some availability next week, but for the week beginning 18th August, the 21st is the only day with slots left – so if you need a session before I go, make sure to get booked in!

Greetings All,

As some of you may be aware, last week was quite a rollercoaster ride. Sadly on Saturday 28th I lost my sister and then Sunday 30th I lost a very dear friend.
A reminder on how precious life really is and how we should all do our best to just enjoy living it ❤️

So to help you enjoy life with joy (unless doing ITB or glute release 😬😆) I am pleased to say I will be back to massaging on Saturday and just opened some slots up for Sunday as well ❤️❤️

So after returning back to do a bit of office work this week I really enjoyed my wild swim tonight with the lovely Nicola Billingham - as today was 🥵🥵 one!

Tomorrow I have slots from 4.30pm - 7.30pm and also Sunday 2-4pm

🌼 Happy first week of June, everyone! 🌼

Just a quick update: Starting 16th June, I’ll be adjusting my availability to three evenings a week and Saturdays from 10:30am–3:00pm and some Sundays.

To make sure I can still fit you in before the change, I’ve opened up extra slots next week—so if you need me, now’s a great time to book in!

💆‍♂️ Men Need TLC Too – Andropause Is Real

This week, a couple of male clients reached out seeking support for mood swings and fatigue. I'm thrilled to report that my menopause massage techniques have made a noticeable difference in helping them feel more balanced and relaxed. 😊

It's important to remember that men experience hormonal changes too. As men age, they can go through a phase known as andropause, often referred to as the male menopause. This gradual decline in testosterone levels can lead to symptoms like:

Love it that these popped up on my FB time hopper from 2019 today!

As part of my qualification I did a day with Macmillan Cancer Support, massaging their London Marathon runners. It was emotional listening to the stories of the runners and I told myself I would run it myself the year after! And I did but in 2021 ☺️
