There’s something so motivating about Mondays…

they give you the chance to reset, refocus, and shape the week exactly how you want it to be.

This morning I had to get out for an early walk with Bertie, the sun was shining and it was glorious! It was exactly what I needed.

Just fresh air, quiet park, and a little time to breathe and think.

It reminded me how powerful the simplest things can be.
