What do you drink? Today, I am sharing my love for.. KOMBUCHA

Kombucha is popular in the UK as a healthier, lower-sugar alternative to other drinks and is thought to offer benefits such as improving gut health through probiotics, providing antioxidants from tea, and aiding in natural detoxification.
It can also contribute to overall wellness by supporting the immune system and providing vitamins like B and C.

✨️Gut health:
Kombucha contains probiotics, which are beneficial bacteria that can help balance the gut microbiome.
This can lead to improved digestion and may help with issues like bloating and constipation.
Note: The probiotic effects are strongest in unpasteurised, live kombucha.

✨️Antioxidant and immune support:
Because it's often made from green or black tea, kombucha is rich in antioxidants that combat cell-damaging free radicals.
These antioxidants support the immune system and may help reduce inflammation.
It also contains vitamins, such as B vitamins and vitamin C, which support energy levels and immune function.

✨️Detoxification:
Kombucha contains organic acids, like glucuronic acid, that can help support the body's natural detoxification processes by aiding in the removal of toxins.

✨️Vitamins and minerals: Kombucha contains vitamins B1, B6, B12, and C, as well as minerals like zinc and iron, which support overall health and the immune system.

✨️Antimicrobial properties: The acetic and other organic acids produced during fermentation can help fight off harmful bacteria.

Here I am in Llandrindod museum understanding more about the Wells and waters.
More on that soon ..

🙏 stay classy 🙏

☕️Teaologist-As a health practitioner, I always recommend simple, natural ways to support gut health — and homemade milk kefir is one of my all time go toos.

☕️Its a very powerful probiotic beverage, made from kefir grains which are basically a yeast/ bacteria fermentation starter.

☕️(Traditionally made from dairy milk, but can be made with nut milk and coconut.)

Just milk, grains, and a jam jar. In 24 hours you have delicious kefir.

💚 💚

✅ 1. Probiotic Diversity & Quantity
Homemade kefir tends to have a much higher number and variety of probiotics (30–50 strains), because it's fermented with live kefir grains.

Store-bought kefir is often made with just a few selected strains added in a lab. It’s usually pasteurised after fermentation, which can reduce probiotic content.

✅ 2. Fermentation Time & Control
With homemade kefir, you control the fermentation time and ingredients. This means you can tailor the taste, thickness, and strength of the probiotic culture to your preference.

Commercial kefir is made to be shelf-stable and uniform, which often means sacrificing potency for consistency.

✅ 3. Additives & Sugar
Homemade kefir has no added sugars, thickeners, or preservatives.

Store-bought kefir often contains added sugars, flavorings, and stabilizers—especially in flavored versions.

✅ 4. Cost
Homemade kefir is much cheaper over time. Once you have the grains, you can keep making batch after batch.

Kefir contains- bacteria which break down the lactose in the milk into lactic acid and propionic acid.

🌟KEFIR HELPS BOOST YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM

🌟Gosh- im sorry I haven't kept you you all updated for a while now🌟

👍I've been successful in completing my course in 'medical identify in Iridology' and busy working as a county councillor and in particularly with Adult and childrens social care.

But, one of the biggest reasons for the radio silence.. is..

🍻✨️I purchased Hwgga Brewery several weeks ago, renamed it Llandrindod wells Brewery LTD (the first and only Brewery in Llandrindod) ✨️🍻
.. and ....

❤️ Now as a female brewer and director of LWB, I am waiting on planning, licensing, HMRC and my incredible new brewers kits to arrive.
Also, our food hygiene certificate and of course 😋 enjoying re creating many local and loved ales,

🌟 'out of order'
🌟'lovers leap' and
🌟'Shakey bridge'

Herbal medicine is my passion, but owning and running a Brewery was my dream from a very early age. (About 4yr lol)
Mixing and making drinks for my Grandfather Ace, using his table as my bar- I'd select my pubs music and make him drink and dance like any good barmaid would!!

❤️🍻❤️Now, I have about a month to wait and I'll be sharing with you all my official launch date ❤️ 🍻❤️

This will see the return of several award winning loved local craft Ales, 👏 a new non alcoholic IPA and Llandrindod wells first Gin.

!!I am so excited!!

Stay tuned.

As I venture into a true relationship with alchemy

If you're feeling suicidal, this is your sign that you deserve support.

It's always okay to ask for help or tell someone how you're feeling.

It may feel scary and difficult to open up, but there are people who want to be there for you.

And there's lots of support out there.

If it feels too hard to say the words out loud, you could try writing them down, messaging someone or sending them a link to Mind’s web page 'how to support someone who is feeling suicidal' (we'll put the link in the comments).

Sending this page to someone could help start a conversation and they can read about the best ways to support you.

If you don’t feel you can talk to someone you know. You can:

URANUS RETROGRADE: SEPTEMBER 1 - JANUARY 30, 2025

"When Uranus goes Retrograde it is the perfect time for us to work on internal changes. This can also be in response to all of the external changes and chaos that has been influencing our lives over the last several months. This Retrograde period we will be faced with some issues. This can include upsets or disconnection in relationships, home environment, financial issues, or wanting to pull away from commitments. This can all be very trying and test our patience. Uranus urges us to think things through instead of acting rashly. This energy can help us to break free of old beliefs and patterns as well as help us step out of our comfort zone and try something new. ✨️absolute holism✨️

When we just treat the symptoms, sometimes they go away.
While we think we have been successful, we have often driven the issue deeper into our body, to be expressed elsewhere.

When the symptoms don't go away- have we failed?

The body can be showing enough vitality to resist being suppressed, continuously trying to deliver its messages to us, time and time again.

Only treating the physical with potions and practical healthcare- without addressing the emotional causes is care that's incomplete.
It denies the deeper wisdom of understanding yourself.

Clarity of the mind- means I've been able to read my email of acceptance to study behavioural Iridology and "eyology" (Leonard Mehlmauer).

The iris reflects the inner person, not only the body, but emotions, mind and even the spirit, Inherited patterns (vibration) influenced by the past, present and future.

The iris shows the dynamic field of living consciousness, not only the map of the internal body, but map layers of vibrational all.

During this new course, I will later be qualified to identify- how we learn, how we feel, how we recognise ourselves. More mental and emotional patterns to your higher self.
This is along side the physical ailments to your health.

Using the handmade energy Iridology chart that will be prescribed for you, as a client you will be able to move forward in your holistic approach to practicing better health and use my prescribing to enhance breathing work, charkra exercises, EFT, light therapy, grounding and yoga.

Coming end of October 2025, after my course in Ireland.
