I've been following Tamsins foot care tips, as I am thinking ahead to summer sandals!

Tinnitus UK provides some really useful information for you if you are experiencing pulsatile tinnitus..

But don't forget, a new onset of pulsatile tinnitus does require medical referral. So if your tinnitus has a rhythmic or pulsing nature, be sure to see your GP as well as following this management advice.

Pulsatile tinnitus is a rhythmical noise which is heard in the head and/or ears which pulses usually at the same rate as the heart beat. It is usually caused by a change in blood flow, or change in awareness of that blood flow, in the vessels near the ear.

Are your hearing aids not as good as they used to be? Quieter lately? not quite clear enough to follow conversation?

As athlete's foot seems to be my current theme, lets do a little bit of myth busting.
👣 Myth No. 1, only athletes get athlete's foot. Nope, sorry, anyone can get athlete's foot at anytime in their lives. If you do a lot of sport you may increase the risk of getting it due to several factors such as having warm moist feet and spending a lot of time with bare feet in public areas, but that doesn't mean you will get it. Like wise you may never do sport or get your feet out in public and still get athletes foot. It's not to fussy!
