Cooking up confidence in Southport! ✨

We are proud to have funded a series of healthy eating courses which helped the Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust Early Intervention Team in Southport support service users and build confidence through cooking!

The courses with Brighter Living Partnership helped promote social inclusion and build cooking skills, with service users learning to prepare nutritious meals on a budget in a welcoming, hands-on environment. Feed back was excellent and the courses have had a lasting benefits to their health and wellbeing 🍳🥘💙

BTR Liverpool on Sunday to raise funds to support an art therapy project for children using their Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust service.🎨✨🥰 How wonderful is that?!

What a fantastic way to spend a Sunday morning! Over 11,000 Santas took to the streets of Liverpool to raise funds for charity. We are so proud to be one of ’s charity partners — what an absolutely incredible event to be part of.

✨Time to open door 9!✨

How heartbreaking is it to think that a child might not get a Christmas gift this year? 💔
This is true for some of the children and young people accessing our Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust mental health and community services support across Merseyside and Cheshire 😞

But with your help we can deliver some festive magic across the region by giving a gift to a child, wrapped and delivered by our wonderful NHS nurses and staff - to help make Christmas that little bit brighter. ✨

There are only TWO DAYS left to choose your gift so there is plenty of time to deliver them to the children we care for.🎁✨
