Many of of the children and young people we are supporting are under the care of Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust Children in Care teams, mental health services and community care, the specialist perimental team or health visiting teams across the region — and Christmas can be a very challenging time for them and their families.

🌟Want to know how you're supporting us to make a difference?! 🌟

We've just wrapped up our 2nd impact report and we're so proud! It's full of amazing stories highlighting the projects we've brought to life across Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust and the impact on service users, patients and staff. 💙

Our stats show we're making a real difference across our communities!

All of this is thanks to our incredible supporters, from our fundraisers and Charity Champions to Mersey Care staff, the general public and our incredible corporate sponsors.

Projects include the transformation of outdoor spaces into peaceful retreats to support recovery, bereavement resources to comfort families, confidence-building cooking courses and festive gifts for children and young people. We've also funded su***de awareness and prevention training with Zero Su***de Alliance and innovative wellbeing initiatives for staff🌱

Meet Gareth, our superstar fundraiser, who credits his Mersey Care NHS Charity fundraiser with 'changing his life!' The BTR Liverpool Mersey Tunnel 10k started a fitness transformation that not only raised funds to support our Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust services -- it also saw him go on to complete half marathons in cities across the North West!
