After much reflection, we have made the difficult decision to close Event Medical Staffing.

Today we were at our final event, The Denbigh Show. We made sure to provide the usual top level service before packing down and saying goodbye to the event world.

From day one, our mission was to provide trusted, professional medical support for events of all sizes β€” ensuring the safety and wellbeing of every guest, staff member, and performer. None of this would have been possible without the incredible support of our customers, team, and community.

✨ To our customers – thank you for trusting us with your events and allowing us to play a role in creating safe, successful experiences.

Today, Tuesday 8th July 2025, our lines are closed, our emails will not be opened and we are taking a day of remembrance!

1 year ago our Operations Manager lost his father and as he is the only one on the phone amd emails, he is taking today for family!

Plan your journeys well this weekend the sun is out and many are likely to travel around to see the beautiful area of North Wal and Anglesey.

We have already changed travel plans for our job Sunday to ensure we do not encounter delays!

This weekend saw some of our team out supporting an industry partner, ReadyMed, down in Llanidloes.

Out team assisted ReadyMed by running the second medical area and then provided overnight on call cover, and the cover for the final day too!

A busy weekend kept the team on thier toes and we wish all the patients a speedy recovery!

We even got to meet Fireman Sam and Peter Rabbit who let us snap a quick pic with them!

There really was a fantastic bunch of people from ReadyMed, the event organisers and the seturity team who responded well to ongoing situations. We look forward to working with you all again!

Last night our Operations Manager used the MERE Supplies website to make a last minute order. He used the webchat and got an instant response from Brad about his query!

Today he popped over to the Mere HQ to collect the supplies needed and met Brad in person too!

What a fantastic set up they have over there! From exceptional customer service to quality kit ready to be sent out to customers! He even got a sneak peak of an upcoming item too!

We are 100% certain that Mere Supplies are now cemented on our suppliers list! Huge thanks to your team and we look forward to watching you grow as we do!

For a few years I have been interested in starting my own business. I volunteered as a Community First Responder, worked events with medical teams throughout the UK, provided first aid at work and even spent time working in a care home to gain experience. I decided I wanted to follow this venture a few years ago but never took the plunge. Slowly i built my kit up, my experience too. After mentioning it to a friend, he asked if I wanted to cover my first event with him. I did, and so Event Medical Staffing began.

I work for other companies and provide event support through them and I sub-contract myself to a private ambulance company providing PTS.

I am also able to provide staff to events. I have many people willing to offer there services to me. If your interested in my services or maybe working with me, get in touch and I’ll support you where I can!

Nervous? Of course. Excited? Definitely! Ready? Lets get going!
