This is a rewarding role where you become part of someone’s daily life, offering companionship, reassurance and practical support.

• Able to commit to a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rota

Full training provided. Ongoing support from a friendly, family-style team. Optional extra shifts available if you’d like additional hours.

We’re currently recruiting a Live-In Carer to support one of our clients in the Frodsham area.

This is a one-to-one live-in placement, supporting one client at a time. It’s consistent, meaningful work where you truly become part of someone’s everyday life.

💚 Essential Requirements (for this specific placement):
• Hold a valid UK driving licence
• Have access to your own vehicle with business-use insurance
• Be comfortable taking the client to appointments and outings in your own car
• Be able to commit to a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rota

✨ What We Offer:
• Supporting one client per placement
• A structured 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off pattern
• Proper time to rest and recharge between placements
• A genuinely supportive, family-style team
• Opportunities to develop your skills and progress
• Optional additional shifts if you’d like to increase your earnings

🏡 What the Role Involves:
• Living in the client’s home and providing consistent one-to-one support
• Assisting with daily routines and personal care (where required)
• Preparing meals and light household support
• Offering companionship and emotional reassurance
• Encouraging independence while ensuring safety
• Driving to appointments and activities

🌟 Additional Work Opportunities
Alongside your live-in rota, we also offer:
• Domiciliary care shifts
• Waking night roles

Ideal if you’d like extra hours beyond your 2-week placement.

🎓 Training & Support
• Full training provided – no previous experience necessary
• Ongoing support from an approachable care team
• Opportunities to work towards NVQ qualifications

Today we met with our local MP, Sarah Pochin, to discuss some of the current challenges facing the care sector.

We shared concerns around recruitment, funding pressures, maintaining safe care, and the impact of the Mersey Bridge toll on local providers. It was a constructive conversation focused on practical issues affecting care services and the people who rely on them.

We also highlighted several national-level challenges, which Sarah has kindly agreed to raise in Parliament.

We appreciate the opportunity to have these important discussions and to advocate for our sector and local community.

Last week we held our Christmas staff meeting, bringing the team together to reflect on the year and look ahead. 🎄

We covered:
✔️ Best practice and quality standards and key regulatory updates
✔️ Celebrating achievements and milestones

✨ A few festive highlights:

💙 Huge congratulations to Gihani, who won the Christmas hamper 🎁
All raffle proceeds went to Halton Haven Hospice today. £75 raised at our Easter raffle and £68 from the Christmas raffle, bringing our total to £143 💙

💙 Best Dressed award went to Lynette, who absolutely nailed it as an adorable Rudolph 🦌

💙 And special mention to Abi, who bravely took on the Devil Chip Challenge as part of Secret Santa… and handled it like a true champion 🌶️🔥 Well done, Abi!

A great reminder that delivering high-quality care is about string standards and a supportive, positive team culture. Huge thank you to our amazing staff for everything you do. Your dedication never goes unnoticed.
