Our Medication Administration and Safe Moving & Handling refresher sessions are delivered in-house by out Train-the-Trainer qualified team, ensuring every member of staff stays fully up to day, regardless of their role and seniority.

Our amazing team rolled up their sleeves yesterday and helped us build the office Christmas tree, and honestly, they smashed it. From hanging baubles to battling falling pins, they brought the same dedication and heart they show every single day out in the community.

At Bridgewater Home Care Frodsham & Halton, we take training seriously, because exceptional care starts with exceptional preparation. 💪

Before our new Care Specialists ever head out on their own, they complete a comprehensive in-house induction designed to give them the skills, knowledge, and confidence to provide outstanding care. This includes, but not limited to Medication training and Safe Moving & Handling training.

They then move on to our interactive online training, including the Care Certificate and over 16 mandatory topics to keep their skills and knowledge sharp. 📖

Before stepping out independently, they also complete shadowing shifts with experienced Senior Care Specialists, learning from the best, in real care settings.

This is how we make sure that when a Bridgewater Care Specialist walks through a client's door, they're not just ready, they're outstanding. 💙
