An holistic approach to movement

During a 20-year career in automotive marketing, travelling up and down the country, I started practising yoga and Pilates. The effect of both disciplines on my mind and body were astounding, and moved me to want to explore these further. After several years of practise, I decided to train as a Pilates instructor with BASI (Body Arts & Science International), to enable me to share the benefits of Pilates with others. Since qualifying, I have progressed my Pilates journey by training in antenatal and postnatal Pilates, and I have worked closely with clients who have the neuromuscular disease, Parkinson’s.

My passion for improving wellbeing continues with my interest in fascia anatomy and how the body works as a whole, as well as the effect that nutrition has on the quality of our lives - both body and mind.
