Over a 1 year or so period we got Wez’s teeth straight with Invisalign, did some whitening and became best buddies - kinda 😜

Confidence.
Sometimes just the smallest tweak can make the biggest difference for confidence in your smile

Going through the case photos, I was thinking, wow you can barely even tell we’ve done anything , why were the patient and I so happy with the results at the time 🤷🏻‍♂️ 😂 but on reflection, a smile is such a personal thing, sometimes it’s just the way the light catches a certain tooth when taking a photo or looking in the mirror or in a zoom meeting (hello 2021) , and a small correction makes all the difference ☺️✨

Thoughts ?

The dental bit: 2 months of Invisalign, 2 weeks of teeth whitening and 2 minutes (or 20) of bonding

Happiness.
Happiness for me in my professional life was when this wonderful person couldnt stop telling me how much I’ve changed her life.
Happiness is also when said client brings you gifts everytime she came in 😜

6 unit bridge - if anyone’s interested in what dentistry was done here. 🤷🏻‍♂️

My man Josh, I’m gonna miss our talks and comparing notes on fatherhood 💪🏼 😌
Always mixed feelings when I finish an Invisalign case. Great to see a happy patient with a satisfying results, bittersweet to see them move back 6 monthly check ups.
Josh completed an Invisalign course for his gaps and then finished it off with 8 fresh composite veneers✨🔥

What do yo guys think of his results?

De-aging teeth 🦷
Patient in her 20’s had a little tooth wear. Using composite bonding/veneers we restored what she’d lost from her teeth wearing away and at the same time gave her a cheeky glow up ✨
No drilling technique 😌
As a self critical dentist I see lots of areas in this case I can improve on... maybe gone a shade whiter with the bonding, anatomy on the veneers isn’t perfect but..... always learning 🤲🏻
What do you guys think ?

It took 12 months from start to finish which is a considerable amount of time, but so worth it. It’s always rewarding and humbling when your patient thanks you for giving her confidence back in her smile 😌

Composite Veneers
No tooth structure removed, just additive bonding ✨
Dental trivia 🤓: Composite veneers can be an alternative to porcelain veneers, they are more cost effective and do not require any tooth structure to be shaved. However, they tend to pick up stains over time so need replacing more regularly then porcelain

Spot the veneers...
Opted to go for a supernatural look with just 4 porcelain veneers and whitening.
‘Bonding’ may be the current trend but I don’t personally think it can’t quite match up the stunning results and long term polish and predictability you can achieve with porcelain✨😌

Another happy patient 😊😌
Rhianne needed a couple of fillings on her front teeth and a crown 👸
We did some bonding, a little whitening and a crown to fix up the dark broken tooth ✨
Successful dentistry for myself is when I look at a photo and can’t tell which tooth has had a crown or a filling and thankfully we nailed it here 😁👀
