A healer triggers those parts in you that are in need of healing. When we speak or work together, those parts will surface. Then it is up to you to allow it, or not. An individual who has chosen to heal becomes a healer and can be experienced as a guidance, a medium, through whom you can choose to heal too. We're all on the Path of ascension. Healing is a choice. Healing is working on the Self. Healing is learning and evolving through experiences. A path well known to me.

Every individual has burdens and struggles to face, but only those who CHOOSE to change will learn how to leave them in the past.

We don't erase the memory. We embrace ✨️

Tools, techniques and support on your journey.

On the road to a better health and renewed happiness you learn a myriad of tools and techniques. They help you in times most difficult. These tools and techniques will become available to you as you progress on your journey.

Often the simplest tools are the best.

For example, understanding the meaning of these tiles below can become such an important support when you wrestle yourself through dark moments.

On the journey, the long road has many up and downs, and it is during those downs that we need such ankers the most. It is knowledge and wisdom to hold onto, like a lifeline, it prevents you from falling back in the deep darkness.

Reacting to people or situations is showing you where inner work is needed ✨️

Reactivity comes from stagnant inner trauma-energies being triggered. Do not blame or shame yourself for this. It's NOT your fault !

But it is your responsibility to address the issue within your tissue !

The more people understand the dynamics at play in our society and personal lives, the more will desire to free themselves from those residual trauma-energies in their personal Human Energy Field.

Being part of the collective it is our primary job to cleans and clear our personal field, and restore our Mind-body-Spirit connection ✨️

That is how we contribute to creating a loving, harmonious new era of humanity on this planet ✨️

Here's a little insight in my personal story.
On the 17th of February 2017 my entire outer world collapsed. I called this experience a Total System Shutdown. It took me years to recover and heal myself. From the start I knew what this meant. An inner knowing had been warning me in previous years. A radical change was upon me. I had been studying the Mind-Body-Spirit connection since my 30 and I new back then, age 46, I was privileged to undergo the transformation process in the flesh. Literally in the flesh 😉 meaning being still alive in this body 🙏

During the process of healing I continued my personal quest for answers and dived deeper than ever in my study of metaphysics and the quantum field. I devoured courses about energetic body work and felt blessed to be able to experience the knowledge myself.

Today the cycle of transformation has closed it's door and a new cycle of embodiment and implementation begins. In numerology, 2017 was a 1 year and so is 2026. The first year of a new 9 year cycle.

And where are you today? Can you feel an imminent change? If so, are you intrigued? Do you want to know what this means for you and what you could do with this feeling?

Allow people to have their own point of view, because their beliefs and way of thinking aligns them with the lessons and experiences they choose for this lifetime ✨️

But this doesn't mean you need to follow their example or command.

✨️Learn to feel what resonates with you.
✨️Learn to understand why.
✨️Learn to discern.

Let them go their way. More to the point, where are you heading towards?

You are allowed to choose YOU ✨️

The first threshold people stumble upon, on the healing journey, is letting go of the conditioned reaction to stay in places or in contact with people that no longer match their energy.

By staying you prolong the pain, discomfort and suffering you're feeling. You continue to drop in lower frequencies yourself.

Noticing that, is the sign you need to step out.

Our Mind-body system is a very intelligent one, but we need to learn it's language ✨️

Just for today, an important reminder... YOU are your own Healer, Hero and Leader. No one is going to cure, safe or re-direct you. That, my dear one, is your task, and your task only.

Others have travelled similar roads before you. Those individuals are the ones best capable to share advise and guidance. Not from a book, a film or a course, but from real life experience and personal hardship.

True Power is an inner strength forged under tremendous pressure but released with True Love, Joy and Harmony. Those who have walked the path of transformation before you, have learned the value of what it means to be Whole again. They know the pitfalls to avoid, the boundaries to set, the techniques to apply.

Asking for their guidance and advise is wise. How you then apply it in your own personal world is down to you, but one thing is for sure, without the knowledge you cannot test the experience.

The energies are shifting in an accelerating pace. We all feel this, we all undergo change, but not everyone is coping well with these currents because not everyone is aware of what is actually happening on our planet and in our individual electromagnetic fields.

To enjoy true freedom we need to stop pretending to be someone we're not.

We need to stop playing rolls to simply fit in.
We need to stop speaking lies to avoid shocking with the truth.
We need to stop being falsely kind to avoid confrontation with facts.
We need to stop behaving according to the expectations of others.

Not everyone will like what you do or say, and that's okay. Not all people are your tribe. But those who truly like and love you, for who and what you are, will find their way to join you.

Authentic and free you become who you're destined to be and like minded people will feel and appreciate your authenticity ✨️
