Yoga in Walmer Bridge, Tuesday Evenings
6:30-7:30 pm

These classes will include..
✨Breathwork, calming down the nervous system and connecting us to our breath 🧘🏽‍♀️🌬️
✨Yoga poses including yoga flows, holding poses and deepening stretches 🤸‍♀️
✨Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) session at the end to aid relaxation at the end of the practice

£8 per session, monthly passes and duo passes available

Reminder to all Tuesday Yogis that tomorrows yoga session at Walmer Bridge Village Hall will be 6-7pm, with all weeks moving forward being 6:30-7:30pm🙏🏽

📣 Tuesday Yoga Schedule Update (Next Two Weeks Only)
📍 Walmer Bridge Village Hall

Due to some schedule shifts, our Tuesday yoga times will be slightly different over the next two weeks:

🗓 11th November: 7:30–8:30pm
🗓 18th November:6:00–7:00pm

I’ve added one later session and had to move one earlier due to a double-booking — thank you so much for your understanding!

If you have a monthly pass you are welcome to attend both sessions for extra flexibility.
If you’ve already pre-booked but cannot make either of these new time, please just message me and I’ll arrange a refund or we can move bookings to a later date (Emails have also been sent out regarding this)

✨ From 25th November onward, all Tuesday classes will return to a consistent time of:
6:30–7:30pm

Curious about guided meditation/yoga nidra? Join me for a FREE yoga nidra session this Sunday.. a relaxing way to end the week

✨Yoga nidra is a profound form of guided meditation and 1 hour is equivalent to 4 hours of good sleep 💤
📍 Howick House, Penwortham, Howick Park Avenue, PR1 0LS
✨You will need a mat, and anything to aid your relaxation (pillows and blankets etc..)
✨If you’re interested in coming please drop me a message

Thank you to everyone this week that has been and tried the taster yoga sessions I have been running… Both classes will be on regularly (with one exception on the 11th November where there will not be a class at Walmer Bridge)

Pricing is as follows:

🧘🏼‍♂️Walmer Bridge Village Hall on Tuesday Evenings (6:30-7:30pm)
🎟️ £8 for a drop in for one, £28 for a monthly pass (first monthly pass will include the last week of October to compensate for no class on the 11th November)
🆕! New duo ticket : if you come as a pair it’s £12 for a drop in together, or £42 for a monthly pass for two

🤸🏼‍♂️Galloway Hall Pricing on Thursday Evenings (6:30-7:30pm)
£5 for a drop in, £15 for 4 classes

Yoga helps to foster a deeper connection to ourselves and understanding of our bodies, we learn to know how to modify our practice to meet how we are feeling at the time- perhaps we’re holding too much tension in the back and take the flows slower, or we modify our stretches using a belt as an extension of the arms to prevent over exertion - whatever yoga looks like it is a personal practice and helps us reconnect to ourselves ..
