I've just been updating our website https://www.corehealthchiropractic.co.uk/ and hadn't realised that this photo of our Senior Chiropractor, Brenda Ratzeburg totally in the zone had never saw the light of day before now...
One of our patients on coming out of Brenda's room into reception today said to me: "Well Francesca, that's another wonder-woman that you've got right there..."
I totally agree!
Grateful to all of the incredible therapists and admin team that we have at CHC. They are all fantastic - hand-picked as Carrie says... π

It's Blog time!
One from the archives but still incredibly relevant and informative blog.
The blog:
'Have you ever suffered from Spring syndrome?' is now available to read on our website, just click on the link below ππ»
The next edition of our social media section 'Heard in Clinic,' showcasing just some of the weird, wonderful and occasionally, downright random things we hear!
We hope you enjoy reading these as much as we have and that the little bit of context helps shed some light on why the words were uttered in the first place π
β
Enjoy!

ποΈTBT!
π§π»ββοΈππ»ββοΈπ΄π»ββοΈπ€Έπ»ββοΈThis time six years ago (How can it be 6 years already!) we were in lockdown and in desperate need of activities to keep us fit, healthy (and sane!)
We may not be in lockdown anymore - thank goodness π but the benefits of this fun exercise remain the same. Happy hopscotching! π¦
When did you last do this??
Hopscotch is a great exercise for kids and adults alike as it activates important parts of our brain due to the side stepping nature of it.
Most of us will regularly do exercises that involve working in the sagittal plane such as running, cycling, cross-training, lunges etc, which is great! However, exploring workouts that take you into a coronal plane is beneficial, not only for your muscles and joints but for the neurons in your brain too.
So hunt out your chalk and get hopscotching!

"What can Chiropractors actually help with?"
Our lovely Chiropractor, Kadyn Grayson has taken to these informative videos like a duck to water, so she very kindly offered to share her answers to some of your most Frequently Asked Questions π€
Over the next few weeks Kadyn will help to dispel some of the myths that occasionally surround what we do, at the same time as answering some of those burning questions!
Enjoy!
