I’d love to welcome you into a beautiful sacred circle I am holding next Wednesday 16th April online from 7pm-9pm BST.

Women have gathered together for many lifetimes, supporting each other, listening, sharing and offering much love and compassion.

Something special happens when we come together sharing our Divine feminine energy and these gatherings will be for 2 hours with meditation, sharing, storytelling, colour magic, oracle cards and listening to some beautiful mantras.

Are you or anyone you know struggling with grief and loss?🙏💜

Still time to join Janice Thompson and myself tomorrow, where we are holding a loving, caring and compassionate space in the comfort of your own home online for a total of 5 weeks. 🙏💜

We will gather for 3 weeks and then have 1 week off where you will be invited to do some self exploratory nurturing exercises. 🙏💜

We will then gather for the remaining 2 weeks to continue our support through colour.🙏💜

We will be diving deep in to the beautiful Rose Gold bottles and Archeiai essence bottles, pulling some cards and a meditations to support, guide and empower you wherever you are on your grief journey with whatever grief and loss you are experiencing.🙏💜

There are so many threads of grief, our loved ones, beloved pets, health, home, career, finances, relationships or anything that you are or have experienced.🙏💜

It may be a new loss or a loss a long time ago that is still causing you much pain. 🙏💜

Depending on circumstances we can’t always show or express our grief or process it but here you can, lovingly held. 🙏💜

With all our experience, knowledge and wisdom of guiding many souls through grief along with our many energy techniques as well as colour you can feel safe and held to explore, feel and release and take a step forward 🙏💜

Nurture Your Loss and Grief through Colour - 5 Weeks of online grief support - begins Tuesday 8th April 2pm-4.30pm BST

Some of you may have watched Janice Thompson and my talk at the Power of Colour Summit recently, about how colour can support and nurture your journey through loss and grief.

We are running a supportive 5 week course diving deeper with each Rose Gold bottle and the accompanying essences the 9 beautiful Archeia, the female Archangels. Along with EFT tapping, meditations, Oracle readings and much more.

We will combine both our knowledge, wisdom and experience of over 35 years supporting souls on their journey through trauma and the loss and grief they have experienced.

About ME!

My passion is to work with Mother’s, Mother’s to be, Mother’s who want to be, Step Mother’s, Grandmother’s all on their Mother’s Journey with any difficulties that come along, with kindness and compassion and to hold the space for them to allow them to move forward and live life to the full with joy.

I use my knowledge and wisdom from all my Mother’s journeys so far, divorce, single parent, looking after my Mother with terminal illness and the most life changing one of all, supporting my three children and myself after the trauma of a car accident leaving my youngest son (age 9yrs) paralysed from the waist down unable to walk.

This is when I discovered Energy Psychology. EFT and Matrix Reimprinting changed and SAVED our lives! To be able to go back and release the trauma held in our bodies, our subconscious and to change the belief we made at the time of trauma and to be able to see a different perspective which allows you to come to the point of complete love and self acceptance of what IS. Letting go of being the victim.

My three children and I all live a very happy and healthy life and Benji my youngest son remains a keen sportsman, skied in the GB Para Alpine Ski Team, travelled the World alone in doing so, tennis, golf and gym and now currently living and working in London with his brother having lots of fun! My daughter is a private Norland Nanny and Maternity Nurse having taken all her life’s experiences so far, embodies sharing and showing the kindness and compassion having been through so much trauma so young and being the eldest held the space for her brothers.
