Over the last few years, I’ve been diving deep into some of the most challenging—and unexpectedly entertaining—training of my professional life: Jungian Archetypes, Jungian Therapeutic Process, and Advanced Shadow Mastery.

Yes, I now have official qualifications in talking to your … and occasionally negotiating with my own (spoiler: it’s stubborn).

This training has profoundly expanded my clinical work, especially around complex , unconscious patterns, and the archetypal forces quietly steering human behaviour—sometimes like wise elders, sometimes like toddlers with strong opinions.

What I’m proud to bring into my practice now includes:
✨ Applied Jungian therapy approaches
✨ Archetypal psychology and symbolism
✨ Advanced shadow integration
✨ Trauma-informed depth work
✨ Confidently navigating unconscious material

It’s been equal parts humbling, confronting, and strangely thrilling—like discovering new rooms in the psyche, only to realise the furniture has been moving around on its own the whole time.

I’m genuinely excited to weave this depth into my practice, teaching, and upcoming professional development opportunities.

Stay tuned… the unconscious likes to make an entrance, and it always keeps things interesting.

The glitches are the universe's way of giving you a messy little recalibration.

You know those moments when everything freezes, crashes, or goes “loading… forever”?
Yeah. That’s not you failing.
That’s your nervous system, your intuition, and your entire life path doing a group-chat intervention like:
“Bestie… not that direction.”

Glitches show up when something needs to shift — your pace, your boundaries, your expectations, or that habit you swear you’ll ‘deal with later.’
They’re not punishment; they’re micro-course corrections.
Your inner world saying,
“We’re upgrading you. Sit still.”

So if life stutters, hiccups, or full-on rage-quits for a minute?
Good.
You’re being rerouted toward something that actually fits the person you’re becoming — not the person you outgrew five emotional eras ago.

Let the glitch guide you.
The next level is buffering...

Ever wondered why one tiny text, a weird emoji, or even one sentence can instantly kill your crush vibes? 😳 Welcome to The Ick — your nervous system’s dramatic, trauma-informed way of saying “respectfully, no ❤️.”

I spill why the Ick happens, how your trauma or hormones might be involved, and why even a trauma therapist like me gets it (yes, even over coffee and Instagram captions ☕📱).

Alright, let’s talk about The Ick. That sudden, soul-shriveling moment when someone you were vibing with turns into… ew. And not because they’re objectively bad. No. Sometimes it’s just because

Tiny habits, big mental glow-up. Sip some water, wiggle a little, reboot your brain like the majestic chaos-human you are.

Confused, dizzy, and maybe questioning reality? That’s narcissistic word salad—here’s how to slice through it and protect your peace.

Feeling dazed after conversations full of narcissistic word salad? That’s not weakness—it’s a response to emotional manipulation. Name the tactic, set boundaries, and protect your mental health while

🧠✨ “You can be anything you want” — but let’s talk about the fine print.

When you’ve lived through trauma, “You can be anything you want” can sound… insulting.
Because some days, the goal isn’t becoming anything — it’s becoming someone who feels safe just existing.

But here’s the truth:
Healing isn’t about becoming a brand-new version of you.
It’s about remembering who you were before the world told you who you couldn’t be.

So yes, you can be anything you want.
But first — be gentle.
Be healing.
Be becoming.

Because your becoming is enough. 🌱

“You can be anything you want” doesn’t mean you have to chase the biggest dream — sometimes it means giving yourself permission to rest, to not hustle, to heal.

Start there. The rest unfolds naturally. 💫

✨ Everything comes to you at the right time — not when you chase, but when you’re ready.

Sometimes the pause isn’t punishment. It’s preparation. 🌿
Trust the unfolding — even detours have divine directions.

🕊️ Keep showing up. Keep healing. Keep becoming.

So many of us have learned to pour into others while leaving our own cup bone dry. We offer empathy, understanding, and patience—but struggle to believe we deserve the same.

Here’s the truth: your capacity to love others is not proof that you must earn love in return. It’s evidence of your heart’s strength, not its unworthiness.

Pause for a moment today.
💛 Place a hand over your heart.
💛 Take a deep breath.
💛 Whisper to yourself: “I am worthy of the love I give so easily.”

Because you are. Always have been. Always will be.

Your potential is limitless. 🌙
You don’t have to rush to become everything at once.
Growth unfolds quietly — in the pauses, the small choices, the moments you keep showing up.
You’re already becoming something beautiful, even if you can’t see it yet. ✨

Grounding 🌿
When life feels too loud, grounding brings you back to the body — to now.
It’s the pause between breaths, the feel of your feet on the floor, the reminder: I’m safe, I’m here, I’m okay.
You don’t have to calm the storm — just find your anchor within it. 🤍
