You don’t need to overhaul your life to regulate your nervous system.

One of the most important things is learning how to feel safe in your own body, and that doesn’t come from doing everything at once or constantly looking for the next thing to fix you.
It comes from small, gentle habits that you come back to daily, the kind that slowly show your body that it’s okay to soften and let go 🤍
There’s no one size fits all approach with this, what works for someone else might not work for you, and that’s okay. It’s about finding what feels supportive for your body and your mind, and allowing that to be enough ❤️‍🩹

It doesn’t need to be complicated or expensive, you don’t need loads of tools or gadgets, just simple things you can come back to consistently 🙌🏽
Over time, that consistency is what helps your body feel safe and regulated.

co.uk created the most serene and thoughtful experience for everyone who joined. Retreats like this are such a beautiful reminder of what happens when you step outside your comfort zone and give yourself the space to pause.

Introducing The Main Character Collective.

A monthly book club for the women who are slightly obsessed with fantasy worlds and fictional men. One book each month (fantasy, romance or romatasy only), chosen together, read together, and discussed properly.

Our first meet up will be on 22nd March at 3pm at The Brass Monkey, Radlett. Your ticket includes a coffee, tea, or soft drink ☕, a cake or pastry 🥐, and a little surprise for our founding members this month.

Alongside the in person meet up, you’ll be added to an exclusive members WhatsApp space that is completely spoiler free, plus a chapter by chapter book group so we can share reactions, theories and emotional damage in real time 👀
