I would like to invite you to the next Painting with Light retreat to be held here at Buzzards Nest near Builth Wells in Mid Wales that runs from Thurs 9th- Mon 13th April 2026. This is in an in depth exploration of the 'mischteknik' process which fuses traditional and modern painting techniques and is used often in the creation of Visionary Art. During the 5 day retreat we will be making artworks together and exploring the creative process as well as focused time grasping principles and technique. This is suitable for artists at any stage of their journey, and is particularly useful for those who would like to explore 'considered' artworks using egg tempera alongside oil glazing with a focus on the visionary aspect of artmaking.
