Looking forward to seeing you all tonight.

😠Just noticed that my page is being spammed with tickets sellers to tonight's event.

Tonight's event is sold out, but you can purchase tickets to the next event.

Please remember that doors open at 6.50pm tonight and close for 7pm start. There will be no admittance after this time so as not to disturb the session.

Don't forget your yoga mats, blankets, water etc x

A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are "bathed" in resonant sounds, typically produced by instruments like crystal singing bowls, Wind gongs, and chimes.

Hello everyone
Looking forward to seeing you all tonight for a relaxing & restorative Sound bath at the Oast.

For anyone who has not visited the centre before here is the full address

We are in Wakeley Hall, through the main green doors into the hall straight in front of you x

There is some parking avail to rear maybe limited if other events on here as well. Otherwise there is pay & display opposite in station road.

Doors will open at 6.50pm and we will start at 7.00pm when the doors will close. Unfort I can not admit anyone after this time due to disruption of the session so please arrive promptly- many thanks.

Please ensure you bring your yoga mats & anything else you wish to make it a comfortable experience.
