You will also experience the wonderful, powerful benefits of Cacao, an ancient Elixir and plant medicine which has been used as a healing tool for thousands of years. You will have the option of imbibing a full ceremonial dose, and then be guided through a sequence of experiences to provide the most relaxing and enjoyable evening.

Tricia is the founder of Shamanic Healing Northwest. As a Medicine woman, Singer Songwriter and Psychotherapist, she has a passion for integrating all things spiritual and demystifying how to achieve positive mental health through mind body and soul. She has been holding spaces in communities for around 20 years in a range of different capacities

Lesley is the founder of The Therapy Hut Wellness Centre & Co-founder of Elements of Sound. As a highly experienced sound practitioner, massage therapist and energy healer, she has a passion for all things natural & spiritual healing. She has created the most beautiful healing space in Rainhill, Merseyside.

Are you looking for an alternative way to reduce stress levels and anxiety, to help promote better sleep, improve low moods, to create a deeper connection within yourself and increase your wellbeing in a more natural and balanced way?

If so, we invite you to join us for a relaxing hour of immersion in healing sounds, frequencies,
and vibrations of the most beautiful Alchemy Crystal Bowls, combined with Crystal Quartz Pyramids, Koshi Chimes, Shamanic Drums, Gongs (also with a sprinkle of deep relaxation and love added in for good measure).

Sound therapy is deeply relaxing and profoundly therapeutic working on both emotional and physical levels. The vibrational frequencies enter deep within the body and work at a cellular to restore balance and enhance a state of wellbeing.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a pillow and eye mask (optional) for your own comfort, we do provide mats and blankets but feel free to bring your own if you wish, ensure your body is hydrated and you do not have a full stomach so that you can get the best out of your experience.

NOT SUITABLE FOR THE FIRST TRIMESTER OF PREGNANCY, AND FOR THOSE WHO HAVE A
