I’m often asked how Birth Prep In A Box compares to some of the big hypnobirthing names.

The truth is, they’re built differently.

Each one heading to a facilitator somewhere in the UK — ready to be unpacked, shared, and brought to life in group courses over the next few weeks.

I still get such a buzz seeing these little stacks of cards heading off to new homes. Every single box represents conversations, lightbulb moments, and parents-to-be sitting together — learning, reflecting, and finding confidence in birth.
