It’s about reducing the load on the body before it has to fight then it can do a better job, right?

— SAVE THIS ONE 🤧

That’s why I think in layers now:
homeopathy, essential oils, sleep, hydration, environment

None of this guarantees that you won’t get sick
☝🏼BUT it will definitely give you more a chance than you had before

It supports the system — and sometimes that’s everything 🌱

➡️ Comment ‘HELP’ — I’ll drop a google doc with extra suggestions into your DMs (for just in case 🥴)

I’m… genuinely fascinated

Why this symptom?Why now?
What is your body trying to tell me?

🌱 Homeopathy taught me that nothing happens “randomly”
🌱 Massage taught me that your mind can’t silence what your body wants to say

🌱 Aromatherapy taught me that your body responds to ‘safety’ before it responds to solutions

I don’t need to ‘fix’ you 🫶🏼
I just need to listen well enough to understand you — to give the body what it needs

Then it can heal itself

Nothing to prove
Nothing to fix

Pass it on to someone strong 🤍

I just spent November opening a clinic and being IN more rooms than online

Turns out ACTUAL presence doesn’t always post well

But I’m easing back in — slowly, without noise

If you’re doing the same, you’re not behind

You’re right on track

You letting the year close quietly, too?

Little photo drop from Tuesday ❣️

You might not know but…
Once a month Andy goes for a blood test cancer check right 💁🏽‍♀️

We always used to work as usual after, but it’s more of an ordeal here in Thanet - yay

Every other place we’ve lived (inc. France) it’s been a normal blood test at the GP / hospital then the haematologist calls - Easy. Distanced. 🙌🏼

Here
👎🏼 they call it a ‘pre-chemo’ appointment**
👎🏼 It’s in the cancer unit
— and once even on the chemo ward itself 😮‍💨

It throws us through a loop every time

** not picking holes but he is on an ‘immuno-modulatory’ drug - not chemo (Revlimid) so pre-chemo?….nah

SO the whole experience just seems to trigger trauma

And due to the feels….
we take the day off now & try to get outside 🌱

Look at us being all self-care focused & mature 😜✌🏼

Chemo side effects are NOT a vibe

Revlimid sometimes makes Andy’s scalp red + cranky

The fix? The calmest body wash/shampoo we’ve ever found

No toxins, no fake “spa scent,” just straight-up soothing

It chills his skin riiiiight out✌🏽

Because low-tox isn’t just about candles + cute DIYs,

it’s about the swaps that actually make life easier 🫶🏽

If you want, DM me CALM — I’ll send over what we use (and what to avoid)

Anyone else had irritated skin flare up?
