Our events coming to Fairhaven Woodland & Water Gardens with Gong Baths, Drumming Circles, Meditation Walks and Mindfulness evenings. On a rolling 4 week program each Wednesday from 6th May, each event starting at 7.30. There is also a Wild Swimmers Club and a Wild Sauna to experience.

My favourite kind of day sharing my love of Reiki. Today I have three students for level one. We will explore how they can use Reiki for their own healing. For some it is a first step on their spiritual healing world.

Our New Soul Awakening Retreat held March 2026 changed peoples worlds.

They arrived Searching and left remembering.

The soul seeks happiness in every turn, our retreat enabled the guests to find the best of themselves and how to shine.

Our next retreat is in November 27th to 29th, 2026

We hold a series of interactive workshops enabling tools to be learned and carried forward.

As our Soul awakening Retreat progressed, confidence grew amongst our guests, hearts opened and we all experienced changes. The beautiful food lovingly prepared by nourished our bodies whilst the conversations fed our souls. Awakened to the max 💜

I feel blessed this is my work, sharing time with Jae - we make a golden team.

The fabulous setting of really enhances the retreat experience.

We will return….

Doing things a little differently…
I’ve known Sarah for a long time and she has been on many of my courses. She has recently moved to Scotland, but not to let this get in the way of her progression, we found a way to offer the Sound course via video.

Sarah bought herself some percussion instruments and we played together, working through ideas for her to start her sound baths near where she lives.
