I nearly forgot KA Therapy turned 9 this month! 🎉

9 years of fixing bodies… and quietly helping hearts and minds along the way too. 💛

It hasn’t always been easy there’ve been moves, changes, ups and downs, but somehow, here we are.
Still standing. Still smiling. Still loving what I do every single day.

9 years! But I couldn’t have done it without you.
The ones who trusted me, followed me from house to house (literally 😅) and believed in what I do.

From a very young age, my nan—a cardiologist surgeon and a huge advocate for natural healing—shared so much wisdom with me about how plants can support our bodies. She passed on her passion, and it’s stayed with me ever since.

A couple of weeks ago, I had laryngitis and was left with a stubborn cough.
This is the herbal blend I’m using to soothe my lungs—and I’m happy to share in case it helps someone else too!

Respiratory Support Tea Blend
• Mullein – soothes the lungs
• Thyme – fights bacteria
• Licorice root – calms inflammation
• Peppermint – clears airways
• Ginger – helps with congestion

Steep 10–15 mins, strain well (especially with mullein), and sip up to 3x daily. 🫶🏼

Running my own business for the last eight years has been an incredible journey, full of ups and downs. I’m so thankful for the amazing clients who have stuck with me, and I truly love what I do. But, let’s be real — owning a small business isn’t always easy.

We often forgive big companies for mistakes, and keep going back without hesitation. Yet, when a small business slips up, it can face criticism that lasts far longer. Major stores raise their prices, and we accept it, but when a small business sets its price, people sometimes question it or ask for a discount.

Let’s shift that mindset. Supporting local businesses means supporting real people, with real passion and dedication. Every little bit counts! 💖

This September marks 8 years since I began my journey as a holistic physiotherapist, and I can’t express how thankful and grateful I am for everyone who has supported me along the way. 🙏

To the hundreds of people I’ve had the privilege to work with, I’m truly honored to have been part of your healing journey. It still fascinates me every day—meeting new people, learning their stories, and watching their progress. Being able to do what I love is something I never take for granted. I feel so incredibly lucky to wake up every day and live out my passion.

Through these years, I’ve not only helped others, but I’ve grown so much myself—both as a therapist and a person. I remain as eager as ever to keep learning, improving, and sharing my knowledge.

Thank you to everyone—clients, friends, and family—who have been there from the start and continue to be a part of this amazing journey. Here’s to many more years of growth, connection, and healing! 💫
