Our Women’s Talking Circle meets tomorrow (18th April) If you would like to join us you can contact me for details helen@flexenergetix.com. This is a safe and nourishing space to be together in community and talk. The circle is held in Emmer Green and I will supply address details for those coming on the day. The investment is £10. I’m Helen, my practice works alongside children and adults for personal development - physical, emotional and spiritual.

✨I am an accredited Rhythmic Movement Training Consultant - this is a natural primitive reflex integration training offering our brain movement patterns to develop our innate reflexes.

✨All ages including new borns can benefit from Rhythmic Movement Training. All areas of our lives are governed by how much access we have to coordination, self regulation, auditory and visual processing, positive self image, feelings of safety and emotional regulation.

🌿I am an energy medicine practitioner. Accredited by the UK Reiki Federation and offer Reiki at a Master and Teacher Level. I teach Level One Reiki at Henley Yoga Studio.

🌳I run my business from a contemporary cabin in my garden and look forward to welcoming you. I also run morning retreats at the cabin, woodland events and local Women’s Circles. 🌟
