在英國，如果您連續7天無法上班，就需要病假紙。在這7天內，您可以自行證明。如果您的公司需要，就要提供私人病假紙。

7天後您需要提供病假條，在英國，病假紙被稱為 Fit Note。

Fit Note上有兩種選項：

1：不適合工作
2：可能適合工作，但需遵循以下建議：

A. 分階段恢復工作
B. 調整工作時間
C. 調整工作職責
D. 工作場所調整

這些條件的適用期限將在病假條上註明。

In the UK, you will need a sick note if you are unable to go to work for 7 consecutive days. Within these 7 days, you can self certify. However, if your employer needs a note, then it will be a private note.

You will need a note after 7 days and in the UK it is called a 'Fit Note'.
2 options on the Fit Note.
Option 1: Not fit for work
Option 2: may be fit for work with the following advice

A. A phased return to work
B. Altered hours
C. Amended duties
D. Workplace adaptations

The duration of how long these conditions apply will be stated on the note.

在英國安排定期處方藥物
Setting up repeat prescriptions in UK

當您註冊GP診所時，請提供您定期藥物的詳細 資料，例如您的重複處方藥單或醫生證明信。

診所設定好你的重複處方後， 你可以自行透過NHS app 應用程式訂購您的重複處方藥物。

有些藥物需要定期複查，以確保您能夠安全地繼續服用。如果您沒有藥物複查，您有機會無法繼續獲得所需的藥物。

只有在您病情穩定且規律服用後，藥物才能透過重複處方獲得。

* 有些在香港開立的某些藥物無法透過 NHS 獲得。 如有疑問 ，請向藥劑師和醫生查詢。

When you register at a new GP surgery. Please give details of your regular medications such as your repeat prescription slips or doctors letters confirming which medications you are on.

You can order your repeat prescriptions via the NHS app once set up at your doctor surgery.

There will be medications that need a regular review to ensure you can safely continue on them. You may get a reminder by the pharmacist or your GP surgery. If you do not have these reviews, you may not continue to get your medications.

Medications will only be available on repeat prescriptions only after you are stable on them and take them on a regular basis.

Remember that there may be some medications prescribed in Hong Kong you may not be able to get on the NHS. However, most will be available.
