As always we are treating patients and massage clients on a day or two between Christmas and NYE. This year it's the 29th and 30th of December but only for follow-up appointments.

Normal service resumes on the 5th January!

This move appears to be incredibly counter-productive from a postural perspective. Companies should not force women to wear shoes that are incredibly bad for their health. The pelvis is tipped forward, the centre of gravity shifts forward and the back muscles have to contract to stop the wearer from falling over. Very backward thinking.
