Treatment included mid-face volumisation (cheek filler) and chin augmentation, focusing on restoring structure and balance.

• Subtle restoration of mid-face support
• Improved chin projection and facial proportion
• A softer, more rested overall appearance

Although the tear trough was not directly treated with filler, enhancing mid-face support can help to reduce the appearance of tear trough hollowing by improving support at the lid–cheek junction and smoothing the transition in this area.

These are early results, the outcome will continue to refine over the coming weeks.

Any wrinkle-relaxing effects typically become noticeable from around 1 week, as the treatment takes full effect.

Results following consistent use of medical-grade skincare since the end of January.

Visible improvements:
• Reduced post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH)
• More even skin tone and improved clarity
• Smoother, more refined texture
• Increased radiance

These changes are consistent with improved epidermal turnover, regulation of melanin production, and enhanced skin barrier function.

My observation:
There is a clear reduction in pigmentation intensity across the cheeks and around the mouth, with a more uniform overall complexion. The skin appears smoother, brighter, and healthier with improved balance.
