Meditation on the Rise I am a guide, teacher and space holder. Regular 60-90 minute weekly groups are offered in Kensal Rise, Queens Park and South Kensington in West London.

I offer Cacao rituals, The Path of the Medicine Woman course, meditation groups and 1 to 1 sessions to support expansion and growth. We also hold monthly events with different themes such as Creating Vision, Cacao circles, Drum journeys, Munay-ki Rites. Meditation on the Rise is an initiative with the intention of facilitating more people to experience greater peace. We hold friendly informal weekly sessions in Kensal Rise and Queens Park where a diverse group of like minded people gather to create a powerful collective energy bringing lasting and tangible benefits to their lives. The benefits of meditation are proven and countless including; reducing stress,learning to relax, enhancing well-being and improving mood, gaining more clarity and focus, boosting immunity, cultivating awareness and a sense of equipoise and balance, feeling refreshed, energised and peaceful.

When the veil is thin on All Hallows Eve we have a potent opportunity to connect with our lineage.

Join Leah and I for this experiential group prayer where we will honour our ancestors, opening to receive their gifts and amplifying our ability to transform the familial patterns that disempower.

Strengthen your deep knowing that our loved ones who walked the Earth before us wish to back and support you in these times, to create real change in your personal life and on the planet.

What to have ready:
- your altar/ sacred space, with photos of loved ones if you feel to (or simply a candle)
- a glass of water, or a glass of alcohol if you wish (as an offering)
- a small food offering - something you like to eat

We will begin at 6pm, allow 20-30minutes of space for this collective work.

Landing at long last on this incredible land, what a journey it’s been to arrive here.

This rainbow greeted me, a crystal clear sign confirming dreams come true.

I am choosing truth and freedom above all else.

Now is the time to leave the old systems behind and create the sacred, beautiful and new, together deepening our connection to the consciousness of our Earth.

Now is the time to learn to grow food, to forage, to connect to our plants for their gifts of healing & wisdom, to weave & sew, to create and sculpt new form, to pray, to sing & dance. To let go…

We are all hearing and feeling this call. We all hold the same vision, together we can bring this into being.

Friends and tribe are asking when I’ll next be offering events; I will hold two Cacao Circles in London in early November and there’ll be potent, joy filled gatherings here on this land; I can feel this coming.

English summer. You may not have delivered on the weather, but the last 6 weeks have felt like a period of respite, a pause in the eye of the storm.

I’ve squeezed in as much goodness as possible; magical retreats, , , prayer and joyful celebration with the Huni Kuin. Gratitude for the opportunity to be on your beautiful land. In between I managed several weeks in bed receiving the C upgrade….

Singing, dancing barefoot on the Earth around a fire, praying and being with my tribe, community and loved ones is deeply sacred and beautiful medicine.

The tanks of my heart and spirit have been filled to over flowing, giving me sustenance and strength for whatever comes next…

Familia sagrada, for every person I’ve hugged and connected with this summer- I wish you strength, courage and infinite love.

We may not always be physically together, but our hearts are united as we know Truth and Freedom is our birthright.

Together we are strong.

When I witness the wisdom, beauty and strength of the next generation coming through, I have faith in the positive future of humanity.

I held a Cacao ceremony at last weekend, which culminated in a spontaneous jiboia dance inspired by my dear teachers from the Forest, the Huni Kuin. Gratitude

This snake dance is so simple, it delights the inner child, connects everyone participating and facilities the embodiment of joy.

Gratitude .ben_ji for leading Wider Horizons, gratitude to everyone who came for their courage and willing to participate and create transformation.

Together we are creating a beautiful new future, it is emerging through each of us now.

Last weekend Cacao filled our hearts to overflowing. Together we created a beautiful afternoon in ritual with a wonderful group, all willing to do the work. To gather in circle in real life feels like a precious gift. We laughed, cried, sang and seeded our dreams of what is to come.
It felt so good that we’re going to do it again next Sunday 13th June at the same amazing venue in Kensal Rise. The Dojo is spacious at over 1000 sqft, it is light and well ventilated with a good air flow. Numbers are capped so everyone has space to spread out.

We’ll connect deeply with the Solar energies of the coming Solstice and Sarka will again bring her exquisite voice and music to the space.
