I am currently available some evenings and work online, telephone and in person (Reading area only).

Hello, my name is Emily May Salandy and my business name, E.M.S counselling.
I work as an integrative counsellor using a blend of modalities which focus on how past experiences may influence how we feel and behave now.

I have worked with both neurotypical and neurodiverse clients dealing with a range of issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, self esteem, suicidal ideation, victims of crime, sexuality, self harm, sexual violence, family & relationship difficulties and bereavement.

My qualifications include a BSc (hons) degree in Psychology, counselling levels 1-3, level 4 diploma in counselling & psychotherapy.

I am a friendly, warm and honest person and I’m passionate about empowering others to do or change whatever they want for themselves, even if it is simply just to accept who you are. You are in the drivers seat while I sit with you.
