Hot Chocolate Breathing
🤎 Bring your hands together to make a cup.
🤎 Imagine it is filled with warm, delicious hot chocolate.
🤎 Does it have cream, marshmallows, sprinkles? See it in your mind.
🤎 Take a long, slow breath in through your nose, smelling the chocolate.
🤎 Exhale slowly through your mouth, to cool the drink down.
🤎 Repeat 3 times or more to feel a lovely, cosy feeling of calm and relaxation.
