Our Berkshire-based "Embracing the Flow” day retreat is coming up - 16th May 2026
It is a one-day wellness retreat featuring beautiful surroundings by the water, exercises to release emotions and stress, workshops, nourishing food and drink to restore balance and vitality.

Embracing the Flow will indulge your senses whilst restoring your inner calm.

The day will flow as follows -

Arrive, settle into the space, and be warmly welcomed.

Breathwork – The River of Breath

A guided breathwork session inspired by the movement of water.

Gentle Somatic Movement – Flowing with the Current and opening the chakras.

Creative Therapy – Working with Clay

Lunch by the River

Enjoy a relaxed lunch in nature. A selection of healthy, nourishing light foods will be provided, allowing you to stay present and supported throughout the afternoon.

Essential Oil Blending – Crafting Your Essence or Aura Spray

Create your own personalised essential oil blend, intuitively chosen and aligned with your intentions.

🌟 A Day in Glastonbury 🌟

Have you ever felt a place wrap around you like a warm blanket? That’s how Glastonbury felt on Sunday.

The Peace Tree Spiritual Development Group took a day trip to Glastonbury, a sacred place steeped in myths and legends.

We began our journey with a climb up the Glastonbury Tor. The invigorating hike was worth every step, rewarding us with breathtaking views that reminded me of how small we are in the grand tapestry of life.

Next, we found tranquillity at the Chalice Well. Closing my eyes to the gentle flow of water, I felt a soothing peace and a sense of belonging, reconnecting me with my inner self and my ancestors.

Then it was off to the White Springs, where the sacred waters invited deep reflection. I left feeling rejuvenated and filled with purpose.

Of course, a little crystal shopping was a must! 🛍️✨ I found some beautiful treasures to take home.

We wrapped up the day with a coffee stop, sharing stories and laughter. I am filled with gratitude for this experience and the sense of belonging it brought.

While extreme heat or endless grey skies can weigh most of us down, everyone has their own unique preferences.
This week we will focus on the power that weather can have on us at a spiritual level. Some people feel energised by storms but for some they can feel scary, storms can help us let go of our worries and push us to start fresh and be open to new things.

🌪️ Harnessing the Energy of Storms
For many, storms bring a refreshing burst of energy and inspiration. The raw power of nature can awaken our senses and heighten our intuition.

Crystals to Enhance Storm Energy:
Smoky Quartz: Grounding and protective, it helps to absorb negative energy during turbulent times.
Black Tourmaline: Shields against electromagnetic energy, promoting clarity and focus amid chaos.

Essential Oils to Connect with Storm Energy:
Cypress: Grounding and stabilising, it encourages a sense of calm during a storm.
Pine: Energising and refreshing, it invigorates the spirit and clears mental fog.
