Happy Friday!

Trust grows when we listen, and self-trust doesn’t appear overnight. It grows slowly — each time we listen to ourselves and honour what we hear. Sometimes that means making a decision, setting a boundary, and sometimes it means resting when everything around us says to push harder.

Every time we follow our inner compass, even in small ways, we strengthen our relationship with ourselves. Over time, the path becomes clearer.

Today’s reflection:
Where did you listen to yourself this week?
How did that feel?

Becoming isn’t only about moving forward. Sometimes it’s about learning to trust the voice that’s been inside us all along.

Good morning all.

Carrying on with our inner compass, I want to remind you that your body often knows first. What do I mean by that? Well, your inner compass doesn’t only speak through thoughts, it often speaks through the body. It could be a sense of ease, a tightening in the stomach, a quiet feeling of expansion or contraction.
Our bodies are incredibly wise — but we’re not always used to listening.

Today’s micro moment is about noticing.
Pay attention to how your body responds to things today.
Where do you feel a quiet yes?
Where do you feel hesitation or tension?

These sensations aren’t always answers — but they are signals, and the more we learn to notice them, the clearer our inner guidance becomes.

Good morning, all. Here is a question for you: what truly matters to you?

Our inner compass is guided by values, not by what looks impressive, nor by what others expect, but by what truly matters to us. When our actions align with our values, life tends to feel steadier and more meaningful. When they don’t, we often feel stuck, restless, or uncertain.

Today’s practice is simple. Choose three values that feel important to you right now.

They might be things like:

kindness
honesty
freedom
creativity
connection
growth
balance

Once you’ve chosen them, ask yourself gently:
Are the steps I’m taking aligned with what matters to me?

This isn’t about judgment, just awareness, because the clearer our values become, the easier it is to follow our inner compass.

Good morning,

What did the younger you love doing?

Before expectations arrived, before responsibilities and comparisons, we were naturally drawn to things that lit us up. Curiosity guided us, and creativity flowed freely. We followed what felt interesting, joyful, or exciting. Your younger self often knew things your adult self has forgotten.

Sometimes your inner compass is simply pointing you back toward those early sparks of joy.

Today’s reflection:
Think back to your younger self. Then ask yourself:

What did you love doing?
What activities made you lose track of time?
What made you feel curious or alive?

There may be clues there. Not because we need to return to childhood — but because some of those passions were part of who we truly are. Sometimes becoming means remembering.

Good morning, hope you all had a lovely weekend.

This week's theme is Listening to Your Inner Compass. Sometimes we think we’ve lost our direction, but more often, we’ve stopped listening to ourselves.
This week is about gently reconnecting with that inner guidance — the quiet voice that nudges, whispers, and points us toward what feels true. Not loudly, not urgently, just one mindful moment at a time.

We often think we’ve lost our way. Life gets busy, expectations pile up, and we start listening to everyone else’s opinions, advice, and timelines. Somewhere along the way, our own voice becomes quieter, but your inner compass hasn’t disappeared. It’s still there — beneath the noise, beneath the pressure, beneath the “shoulds.” It rarely shouts. More often, it shows up as a gentle nudge, a feeling that something is right — or not quite right — a curiosity pulling you in a certain direction.

Today’s micro moment:
Pause for a minute.
Take a breath.
Ask yourself gently: What feels true for me today?
You don’t have to solve everything.
Just listening is a powerful first step.

Happy Sunday 💕

Throughout my career, I saw, first-hand, that women don’t always get the same opportunities or recognition. It’s something many of us have quietly experienced. But I’ve also seen the incredible strength, resilience, and determination women bring to every space they enter. I have worked, walked alongside, and loved the most amazing women in my lifetime - who still inspire and motivate me now.

Today I want to celebrate a few women who have shaped and inspired me. My wonderful mum, who is no longer with us. She battled through some very hard times in her life, yet remained one of the strongest women I’ve ever known. Her resilience and courage taught me so much. I often think about how proud she would be if she could see where life has taken me now.

My best friend, Tracey, who inspires me every single day. Despite facing more personal challenges than most people realise, she has built an incredible career and continues to move forward with courage, humour, and heart. She amazes me constantly and somehow still manages to make me laugh every single day too.

Then the amazing women I’ve recently met here in Wales — inspiring business owners who are already motivating me, encouraging me, and reminding me of the power of women supporting women.

When women lift each other up, share knowledge, open doors, and celebrate one another’s wins… we all gain. So today I’m celebrating the women who support, inspire, challenge, and champion one another.

Which woman in your life would you like to celebrate today?
Happy International Women’s Day to all the incredible women out there. 🌸

Happy Friday, all - how has your first week of March been? Does anyone else smile when they see the abundance of daffodils popping up all over the place?

On to today's reflection. In a world that celebrates speed, quick wins, and overnight success, it’s easy to feel like we’re falling behind. Like, we should be further along. Doing more, moving faster, but becoming isn’t a race. Growth rarely happens in giant leaps. More often it unfolds quietly — in small decisions, new perspectives, and tiny steps that slowly reshape who we are.

Tiny steps still count.
The conversation you had that stretched you.
The boundary you set.
The moment you chose courage over comfort.
Slow courage is still courage.

So if your progress feels steady rather than spectacular, that’s okay. Becoming takes patience, and every small step forward is part of the journey.

How are you this Thursday evening? Bit late in the day for my post - it has been a busy day.

We often believe confidence comes first. That one day we’ll wake up feeling ready, certain, or maybe sure of ourselves. More often than not, confidence follows movement. It grows from trying, from showing up, from taking steps even when the outcome isn’t clear.

Take a tiny, brave step first.
Confidence second.

Trust me, I know this personally. Leaving the corporate world was a huge leap for me. There are still moments where I think, “What have I done?” Another thought always follows those moments: "I’m so glad I was brave enough to try" because every step forward, even the uncertain ones, teaches us something about what we’re capable of.

Confidence isn’t something we wait for.
It’s something we build.
One action.
One decision.
One tiny brave step at a time.

What will your tiny brave step be?

Happy Wednesday.

We often wait until we feel ready. Ready to start, ready to decide, or ready to put ourselves out there. The truth is, readiness rarely arrives first. Action usually comes before confidence. That’s why today’s practice is simple:

Choose one thing you’ve been delaying. Then shrink it. Make it so small that it feels almost impossible to fail. For example:

Instead of “write the proposal”
→ open the document.

Instead of “fix everything”
→ make one decision.

Instead of “change my life”
→ take one small step in a new direction.

You don’t need a surge of courage. You don’t need the whole plan. Just begin — even if your voice shakes a little, and even if you’re unsure. Remember, becoming doesn’t happen through giant leaps. It happens through small actions taken while you’re still figuring things out.

So today, do it scared and do it small.
Just don’t stay stuck.
You have got this!

Good morning all,

Question: Where are you ready to stretch — just slightly?

We all have comfort blankets. The familiar routines, safe responses, and even the places we stay are predictable. There’s nothing wrong with comfort. It keeps us steady, but becoming doesn’t happen entirely inside the blanket. It happens when we gently fold it back.

Becoming isn’t about comfort zones exploding. It’s about widening them — softly, intentionally, kindly. Growth doesn’t always look like a leap. Sometimes it looks like:

– speaking up once instead of staying quiet
– trying something new without committing forever
– sharing an idea before it feels polished
– allowing yourself to be seen
– saying yes to something that stretches you.

Today’s reflection:
What feels a little scary — but also a little exciting?
What would “1% braver” look like?

Not reckless, not overwhelming, just slightly beyond where you stood yesterday.
Tiny stretches still count.
That’s how becoming begins.

Good morning, I hope you all had a great weekend. Time to delve into BECOMING, one step at a time!

We’ve been taught that bravery looks dramatic. A leap, a risk, a bold declaration, but most of the courage that changes our lives is quiet.

It’s:
– sending the message you’ve been overthinking
– booking the appointment
– saying “actually, that doesn’t work for me”
– starting before you feel ready
– resting when you’d usually push

Bravery doesn’t always roar, sometimes it whispers, “try again tomorrow.” If March is about becoming, then let it be about tiny brave steps. Not the kind that exhaust you. The kind that stretch you — just slightly.

Today, ask yourself:
What would 1% braver look like?
Not perfect.
Not fearless.
Just one small step forward.
That’s enough.
