🚶♂️ 10,000 steps a day sounds hard… but it really isn’t.

That means:
• 2,000 steps = ~18 minutes
• 5,000 steps = ~45 minutes
• 10,000 steps = about 90 minutes total across the entire day
You don’t need one long walk.

Just stack it into your day:

✅ Park a little further away
✅ Walk while on phone calls (be mindful of surroundings)
