Tonight we’re bringing the energy with our POWER circuit classes — full body training designed to burn fat, build strength and push your limits.

📍 Brotton Village Hall

FRIDAY NIGHT CLASSES
7:00 – 7:30 PM — LOWER CIRCUIT
7:30 – 8:00 PM — UPPER CIRCUIT

All fitness levels welcome. Whether you’re just starting or already smashing your fitness goals, these sessions are built to challenge you.

£5 per class

Arrive 5 minutes early so we can start on time.
Bring a mat if you can.
