With 20 years in the health and wellbeing industry, I bring a wealth of expertise & authenticity to every event I host. My journey has been shaped by working globally & on luxury cruise ships for 10 years, and the past 8 years leading wellness teams as Group Spa Director at Champneys Health Spas, Managing a spa team of over 350 people across 4 wellness resorts, 2 hotels, 1 beauty college, as well as running the Champneys at sea division. My absolute passion is holistic wellbeing,

Today is International Women’s Day ❤️

A day to celebrate women and everything we have done, do, and continue to do, our strength, our power, our resilience.

But if I’m honest… sometimes it’s important to acknowledge that it isn’t always easy.

There’s this quiet pressure that comes with being a woman…
To build a career, raise a family, run a home, and somehow be strong, soft, successful, grounded, beautiful, organised, healthy and calm… all at the same time.
It's exhausting 😮‍💨

And lately, I haven’t felt like I’ve had it all together.
I’ve been navigating some ongoing personal challenges, alongside comtemplating some HUGE decisions I need to make about the future.
Running multiple businesses and holding space for people… it can be a lot.

And even after everything I’ve achieved in my life, I still sometimes question myself.
Am I doing enough?
Could I be doing better? Which is that masculine energy speaking.

But then I’m reminded why I do what I do.
I LOVE seeing women step into their power, ask themselves questions they havnt asked themselves in years, putting themself first, watching people soften & breathe again… it always brings me back to what truly matters.

Maybe being a woman isn’t about having it all together.
Maybe it’s about continuing to show up anyway. 🌸

Learning.
Growing.
Holding space for each other.

To every woman navigating life, work, love, pressure, growth and everything in between, you’re probably doing better than you think.

Let’s soften the grip of the pressure to be perfect, and instead focus on being present.

Present in our bodies.
Present in our relationships.
Present in our lives.
Present in this moment.
Presence over perfection. ❤️

LAUNCHING.... ✨ THE REGULATED WOMAN ✨
A nervous system workshop

Modern life keeps many of us in a constant state of doing, rushing and responding.
Over time, this can leave the nervous system stuck in stress, overwhelm or exhaustion.

When your nervous system is dysregulated, you may notice:
• feeling constantly tired but unable to switch off
• emotional overwhelm or irritability
• difficulty relaxing or being present
• a sense of always being “on edge”

The good news is that regulation is something we can learn.

The Regulated Woman is a nurturing workshop designed to help you reconnect with your body and learn practical tools to support your nervous system in everyday life.

During this session we will explore:

✨ A heart-opening cacao ceremony
✨ Mindfulness & meditation to calm the mind
✨ Somatic practices to release stored tension
✨ Journalling & intention setting for clarity
✨ A deeply restorative sound immersion

These practices gently guide the body out of survival mode and into a state of calm, safety and balance.

You’ll leave feeling grounded, restored and regulated, with simple tools you can return to in your daily life whenever you need them.

This is the first workshop in The Regulated Woman series, created to support women in understanding their nervous system and cultivating deeper wellbeing.

We focus on embodied rest that actually makes you feel better, more at peace, more in alignment, more regulated.
