We can help you manage anxiety using proven techniques delivered in a caring and supportive environment.

Our therapists, Amber and Matthew, will work with you to increase your tolerance of uncertainty and strengthen your problem-solving skills - giving you the confidence to use practical strategies to help you regain control. Our most recent course participants achieved a 100% recovery rate!

Our next 7-week online 'CBT for Worry' course starts 12th January (5:30pm - 7pm) - perfect if you need evening availability - with additional dates being added throughout the year.

The local NHS is working with other health and care providers to ensure anyone affected continues to receive the care and support they need.
