🧠✨ Good news for brain health! ✨🧠
A huge US study has just confirmed what we’ve known all along… structured, social and regular activity is the best way to keep your body and brain healthy as you age!

👉 Over 2,000 adults (aged 60–79) took part for two years. Everyone was asked to move more, eat brain-friendly foods, stay socially connected and look after their heart health.
👉 One group had a proper programme with coaching, check-ins and sessions… the other group were left to “do it themselves.”
👉 The result? Both groups improved memory, thinking speed and decision-making — but the structured group saw the biggest boost (especially those who started off with lower scores). They also had fewer health issues overall.

💡 Why does this matter? Because our Move it or Lose it classes are structured, social and consistent. Every week you show up, join in, have fun and keep each other motivated — exactly the kind of intervention proven to work best for brain (and body!) health.
