Naturopathy is an evidence based and traditional approach to health, offering a functional but gentle natural alternative to health and healing. The naturopathic healing system is a way of life rather than a momentary change, enabling transformation in the body and mind for long term good health. It promotes balance between life, health and wellbeing and how to live harmoniously in our modern high
stress and busy lifestyles. Naturopathy encourages understanding and education about what health and dis-‘ease’ are, providing clarity for those living in a health conscious but confusing world. With the approach of naturopathic healing and holistic complementary therapies, Empowered Nature aims to restore and promote the body’s natural self-healing abilities by removing obstructions to health and nurturing life free from dis-ease. Each individually tailored treatment session provides the knowledge, support and inspiration needed to become self-empowered and take control of personal health and welling with confidence. Empowered nature is founded by qualified and experienced naturopathic physician Sophie Hancock who graduated from the University of Westminster with first class honours in BSc Complementary Medicine: Naturopathy. Empowered Nature holds one to one consultations, facilitates group or individual workshops, and is available for event speaking. Therapies used within naturopathic assessment and treatment:
