We’ve been made aware that some patients in England are receiving WhatsApp messages claiming to be from their GP practice.

These messages:

• Say you need to contact your GP and provide a link for online appointments (appearing to be from TPP)
• Then request payment or ask for bank details to verify your identity

👉 This is a scam. Do not click the link or provide any personal/bank details.

TPP are aware of this issue. Please stay vigilant and help spread the word to keep others safe.
